We are officially approved to produce four artisan varieties, each made in limited batches right here in Careywood, Idaho.
Our extract lineup includes:

Classic, clean, and balanced — made with premium vanilla beans and quality vodka.
• Vanilla Extract — Rum-Based
Warm, rich, and naturally sweet — infused with vanilla beans and smooth rum.
• Mint Extract
Bright, crisp, and cooling — crafted from real mint leaves for pure herbal flavor.
• Huckleberry Extract
A true Northwest specialty — bold, fruity, and made from real wild huckleberries. (Approved, but not yet in production.)
• Coffee Extract
Deep, aromatic, and robust — made from carefully selected coffee beans for a smooth, roasted finish.
